IamCRYPTO provides telecom-native Web3 integration services, including API-based connectivity, mobile identity, fraud prevention, and related services.
3. Permitted Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Accounts and Access
Certain Services require contractual onboarding. You are responsible for safeguarding access credentials and all activities under your account.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Services belong to IamCRYPTO or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
6. Telecom and Third-Party Dependencies
Some Services rely on mobile network operators, telecom APIs, and third-party platforms, including GSMA Open Gateway / CAMARA APIs.
IamCRYPTO does not control telecom networks or third-party infrastructure and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of such services.
7. Fees
Fees and payment terms are governed by separate commercial agreements.
8. Disclaimer
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
IamCRYPTO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Mobile identity and fraud prevention services provide risk indicators based on available network data. Final decisions regarding user actions or transactions remain the responsibility of the customer implementing such services.
10. Termination
Access to the Services may be suspended or terminated in case of breach of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Spain.
12. Changes
IamCRYPTO may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
